Carbon fiber rope
The carbon ropes produced by our factory are made of T700-12k high-strength carbon fibers through special textile technology, featuring high strength, light weight, good heat resistance, and small thermal expansion coefficient. Common diameters include Φ1mm, Φ2mm, Φ3mm, Φ4mm, Φ5mm, Φ6mm, Φ8mm, Φ10mm, etc.
The surface is smooth and free of hairline cracks; the electrical conductivity is stable; carbon content: 95-98%; ash content < 0.5%; maximum temperature resistance: 2700℃ (under inert gas); tensile force ≥ 400N, approximately 7 grams per meter.
Main purpose
The manufacturing method is to make carbon strand ropes or braided ropes according to user requirements. Carbon ropes are an ingredient in thermal insulation materials for high-temperature furnaces and can also be used as conductive electrodes, etc. They have been widely used in various fields such as different types of negative ion conductive electrodes, carbon felt binding and sewing for vacuum furnace insulation layers, chemical industry, petroleum, food machinery, medical machinery and medical equipment, civil engineering and construction, electronic instruments, etc. Carbon ropes with various braiding techniques can also be made into 2-12 strand carbon ropes or braided round ropes according to user requirements.
Notes: When the temperature exceeds 400℃, it must be used in a protective atmosphere or inert gas. It must not be subjected to heavy pressure during transportation and storage, and must be protected from moisture. The length used can be cut as needed.
